It has been a few days since I updated but I have just been embracing the suck…which actually hasn’t sucked as much this time around so far. I had an appointment with my GP this past Tuesday and it couldn’t have been more perfect timing! My body actually started having an anxiety attack while I was there and there was no cause or trigger for it! My blood pressure was hypertensive and my anxiety was making my skin crawl and my legs and hands shake involuntarily. The body is a wild thing but I am glad I was there for it. I was prescribed .5mg of Klonopin and I took it that Tuesday evening, was able to get a great night of sleep and woke up feeling so much better. It is prescribed for “as needed” but I haven’t needed it since then so I feel that is good. My sleeping is better and I haven’t had the night sweats like before. I still haven’t had any coffee/caffine and I feel that has had a positive impact on my anxiety along with the supplements I’ve been taking. I got a recipe book I am excited to check out because I still have that sweet tooth!! How is everyone else doing?
